2 pkg. Jello
2 c. liquid
1 can crushed pineapple
1 qt. ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Set Jello. Use part of pineapple juice until partially set. Beat until fluffy and thick (texture of whipped cream). Add ice cream and continue beating. Stir pineapple in and spoon into sherbet dishes and keep refrigerated.
