1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1½ tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
3-4 c. peeled chopped apples

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Add nuts and apples. Bake in long pan 50 to 60 minutes at 350º.
