2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1⅓ c. Mazola oil
2 c. reg. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. allspice
3 c. grated carrots
ICING:
½ box powdered sugar
1 8 oz. cream cheese
¾ cube butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add carrots. Pour in long pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Spread icing on cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
