6 lbs pork shoulder, well trimmed
6 cloves garlic, sliced
1 T. salt
1 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. cinnamon
1 T. dired oregano
1 T. cumin
3 bay leaves
1c. orange juice
1c. chicken broth
juice of 2 limes

1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 12 hours.
2. Remove pork and shred.

This is great for soft tacos, quesadillas, anything TexMex.
You can omit the cinnamon and cumin and this makes good pulled pork. Add BBQ sauce to shredded pork and heat through.
