⅓ c. soy sauce
˝ tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 T. mirin wine
1 T. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
2 T. corn starch mixed in 2 T. water
1 lb. thinly sliced beef
1 head broccoli, broken into bite size florets

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except the beef and the broccoli in a large bowl. Add beef and marinade for at least an hour in fridge.
2. Heat small amount of cooking oil in heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat. Remove beef from marinade, shaking to remove excess. Sauté beef in oil until browned. Add broccoli and sauté 1 to 2 minutes more. Add marinade, stir to coat beef and broccoli. Cook until marinade is thickened.
