9 lb boneless fully cooked ham
1½ c. champagne
½ c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 can whole berry Cranberry sauce
4½ t. honey
¾ tsp. ground ginger
¾ tsp. ground mustard

1. Preheat oven 325º. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the fat cap and the meat about ½ inch deep in a diamond pattern. Bake uncovered for 1½ hours.
2. In the meantime, combine the remaining ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cook until reduced by half. Remove from heat.
3. Baste ham and return ham to oven. Bake 30 minutes more, basting again halfway through. Serve with remaining glaze.
