3 - 4 nugget potatoes per person
½ cup asiago shredded cheese
2T olive oil, or more depending on how many you are feeding!
roasted garlic
fresh rosemary
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a pot of water to boil and throw the nuggets into the boiling water and they are done when tender. Drain and let cool.

On a parchment lined cookie sheet place the olive oil and potatoes and roll them around until well coated.

Using the heel of the palm of your hand 'smash' the potatoe until it about ½ inch thick. The potatoes should be touching each other.

Sprinkle the asiago, roasted garlic, fresh rosemary leaves and S&P over the smashed potatoes.

Bake in oven at 400º F for 45 to 60 minutes until golden and crunchy!
