3 kinds of cheese - Edamer, Emmentaler, Gruyerer
1 lemon
1 garlic clove, chopped
Sour white wine
Kirsch Wasser (Cherry Water)
1 tsp cornstarch
Pepper & Nutmeg to taste
Clay pot recommended

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and squeeze one lemon. Put in pot and stir, it burns easily. Add garlic. When cheese is melted, add sour white wine and Kirsch wasser. Add cornstarch if needed (1 tsp for 2 or 3 people). Then add pepper and nutmeg.

Serve with different kinds of bread, shrimp, ham chunks, pineapple, beets, artichoke hearts, apple slices, cauliflower, etc.
