1 heaping T cornstarch
1 C sugar
2 heaping T all-purpose flour
2 C milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
5 to 6 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
1 baked pie crust
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, mix cornstarch, sugar, and flour together. Add milk and beaten eggs. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla and stir until butter is melted and blended in. Cool. Add fresh peaches, drained and dry. Frozen peaches may be used, but be sure there is NO juice.
Pour into baked crust, cover with whipped cream.
Refrigerate until serving time.
