8 ounces of shredded cheese ( I usually use a combination of white sharp and yellow sharp cheddar cheeses)
4 ounces of drained, diced Pimentos
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Mayo
Pinch of salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly together in a large mixing bowl. Let sit refrigerated for at least 8 hours. Serve as sandwiches or appetizer with crackers or bread.
