1 1/2 medium size Chicken Breast
1 - 2 T Butter
1 Medium onion sliced
2 toes of garlic
7 oz Mushrooms sliced
1/2 c White wine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika powder
1 Bay leaf
1 c chicken stock/bouillion
1/4 c heavy cream
Chives or Green onion for garnish
Noodles, Rice, or Dumplings

1. Slice breast into bite size strips and set aside
2 .Heat a pan with the butter (melt) and cook the onions to starting to clear
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook to reduce
4. Deglaze mushrooms with wine
5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and bay
6. Add cream and bouillion to mushrooms and mix well
7. Add the chicken in the liquid mixture.
8. Cook chicken till done
9. Serve over rice, noodles, dumplings and garnish with the green onion or chive
