2 C sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/3 C oil
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
4 C chopped apples (I like Granny Smith)
1 C chopped nuts

Icing:
2 T melted oleo
8 oz creamed cheese
1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, eggs, vanilla, and oil together in a large mixing bowl.

Add: 2 C flour mixed w/1 tsp salt and 1 tsp soda, 2 tsp cinnamon, 4 C chopped apples and 1 C chopped nuts. Mix and bake in greased, floured pan, 350º for 50 minutes.
