2 cups frozen tater tots, at room temperature
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb of bacon, cut each piece in half
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.

2. Lay out the bacon on piece at a time & sprinkle with shredded cheese.

3. Place the tater tot in the middle of the bacon slice & wrap it all the way around the tot.

4. Dredge the bacon wrapped tot in the brown sugar, making sure enough sugar covers the whole tot (press to coat).

5. Place the bacon wrapped tater tots seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

6. Place into oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is cooked all the way around.

Personal Notes:
I always set up a little work station with the shredded cheese, brown sugar, & tater tots in their own bowls. This makes assembling the tater tot bombs so much easier! Keep an eye on the bacon as it cooks, I always watch rather than use the timer. If you want to use toothpicks to keep the bacon and tot together, soak them in water first before inserting to avoid burning.
