Ingredients:

1 head of lettuce, shredded
1 cup of diced celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 package of frozen peas (10 oz.)
½ cup of green pepper, chopped
1 cup of grated carrots
1 small onion, diced
8 slices of fried bacon, crumbled
1 can of water chestnuts
4 oz. of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a 9 x 11" pan, layer salad ingredients as listed.
Spread salad dressing on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2 cups of mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix mayonnaise and sugar together.
Spread salad dressing on top of salad.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
