2-3 Lb Ground Beef
2 Slices White Bread Crust trimmed off-cut in 1/2 inch pieces
1/3 C Milk
2 1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
3 Garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Scallions finely sliced
8 Hamburger Buns Toasted

Directions:

1. Heat Grill on High heat.
2. In large bowl add Milk and Bread together and form chunky paste with fork add Salt, Pepper, Garlic Worcestershire Sauce and Ketchup and mix well.
3. Add Ground Beef, Scallions breaking beef and mixing with hand. Form with hands into 8 equal balls.
4. Flatten each Ball into a 3/4 inch patties about 4 inches round patties. Depress center of each patty slightly to prevent puffing up, place small pat of butter in depression
5. Grill Burgers covered, 2-4 minutes. Flip and continue Grilling until desired temperature Before serving, Toast open Buns just before serving.
