Some meatless burgers are made from textured vegetable protein shaped to resemble beef patties. Others are made from vegetables and grains. And some veggie burgers contain cheese, milk, or eggs. Look for meatless burgers in the freezer section of the grocery store.
To easily toast burger buns, place them on a broiler pan during the last 1 to 2 minutes of the veggie burgers’ broiling time. Textured vegetable protein patties provide an excellent source of protein with significantly less fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol than ground beef. |

Notes: I've failed countless times in the past, and I learned that working hard doesn't always mean I would succeed with what I was doing. I was hurt and disappointed time and time again and almost lost confidence in myself. Although I almost gave up, I learned to try again and learn from my mistakes. My dream was challenged again this year. But Why?
