"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Lge can Grands, butter tasting biscuits
6 chicken thighs
Chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
3 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out biscuits on floured board and cut in strips. Do this first so that they have time to dry while chicken is cooking
Cook chicken in pressure cooker, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic salt. Cover chicken with water, usually halfway up the side of the pot. Once it starts to whistle, cook on 10 lbs of pressure for 25 minutes.
Once steam is reduced, open the pressure cooker, remove chicken and let it cool. Reserve the chicken broth in the cooker to cook the dumplings.
Once chicken is cool enough to handle, remove the bones.
Place cooker with broth back on the stove and add two T butter, salt & pepper to taste. Bring to boil over med-high heat and drop dumplings in. When dumplings are cooked and floating, reduce heat, and add chicken. Cook just until chicken is heated and mixed well with dumplings.
