3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (one package from Costco) cut into 1-inch chunks
1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
12-16 pearl onions
12-16 cherry tomatoes
⅓ cup honey mustard salad dressing mix (Good Seasons)
⅓ cup orange juice
⅓ cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dressing mix, orange juice, and oil in a large ziplock bag or container.

Add chicken and peppers.

Refrigerate 2-3 hours.

Arrange on skewers alternating between chicken, peppers, tomatoes, and onions.

Cook on BBQ grill or in oven broiler for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through, turning frequently.

Discard remaining marinade.
