About 30 Costco raw, peeled shrimp
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
2 large egg whites
1 tbsp. milk (I use 2%)
3 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. seafood seasoning (I use Old Bay)
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg whites and milk in a bowl.

Place bread crumbs in a second bowl.

In a third bowl, combine flour, seafood seasoning, salt & pepper.

Dip shrimp in flour mix, then egg mix, then bread crumbs.

Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray, then place shrimp on baking sheet.

Generously spritz shrimp with cooking spray.

Bake at 400ºF for 9-12 minutes and coating is golden brown, turning once.
