1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 box powdered sugar
1 8oz cream cheese
3 eggs

Directions:
Cream together cake mix, butter and egg really well. Press in 9x13 greased pan. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs pour over first mixture and bake 30-40 min at 300 degrees.
