1.5 lbs. hamburger
1 c. oatmeal
1 egg
½ c. chopped onion

Directions:
Combine meat mixture and form into large meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop forming balls slightly larger than golf balls). Bake meatballs in 350º oven for around 45 minutes to 1 hour until cooked through; drain grease if needed. Mix sauce ingredients while meatballs are cooking. Pour sauce over hot meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes or until sauce is hot and melted slightly into the meatballs.
