1 1/4 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup-1 cup mint chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add mint chips. Form small balls of cookie dough and put on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 10-14 minutes.
