Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 cups warm water
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
2 1/4 tbsp Enhancer
3 tbsp yeast
10 1/2 cups freshly ground wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Add water and several cups of freshly ground whole wheat flour to Bosch mixing bowl with dough hook in place. Mix using a few short bursts using the 'M' switch. Add the salt, honey, oil, dough enhancer and yeast and jog briefly. While the Bosch is kneading at a low speed, slowly add whole wheat flour until dough pulls away from the side of the mixing bowl. Allow the dough to mix at high speed for 12 minutes. With oil or water on hands, remove kneaded dough from mixing bowl. Shape into loaves and smack on counter to get extra bubbles out of the dough. Place in well greased loaf pans. Let loaves rise in warm oven for 20 minutes or until raised enough. When raised enough set oven temperature to 350º. Leave loaves in oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 190º. When loaves are done, immediately remove from pans and let cool on wire rack. Put butter on top of the loaves while warm.
