5-7 lbs. Beef Brisket
Cover and bake at 325º for 3 hours - DO NOT ADD WATER


14 oz. Ketchup
2 tsps. Regular Mustard
¾ cup Water
6 Tbsps. Worcestershire Sauce
6 Tbsps. Brown Sugar
1 cup Celery, diced
½ cup of gravy from brisket

Simmer sauce ingredients for 1 hour

Slice brisket and let sit in sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Bake at 350º covered for 1 hour.
