½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup green peppers, sliced into thin strips
1 cup sliced yellow squash
2 tsp butter or margarine
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp black pepper
Chopped chive

Directions:
Directions:
Place first three ingredients in steaming rack. Place rack over boiling water. Cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Transfer vegetables to serving dish. Add butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and toss gently.

Sprinkle with chives.
