3 cans cannelloni beans - rinsed
3 heads of escarole, cleaned and chopped
1 head of garlic chopped
½ onion, chopped
Bouillon cube or salt/pepper
Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion in EVOO until soft, add garlic
2. Add escarole, bouillon cube, red pepper flakes mix and cook until done
3. Add beans and lemon juice.
Mix very gently
Let it come to a simmer
