Tenderloin with Gravy Recipe

1 Beef Tenderloin (approx 2 lbs) cut into 1" pieces
1 jar beef gravy or 1 pack of beef gravy mix
Half an onion
10 Calamata Olives-sliced
2 TBSP butter
Olive Oil

Brown tenderloin pieces in olive oil; set aside

In a separate pan sauté sliced mushrooms in butter and set aside.

Slice and sauté onions in olive oil in a separate pan.

Prepare beef gravy (if needed) and add to sautéed tenderloin.

Add sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms and olives to tenderloin and gravy.

Simmer together on low heat for approximately 5 minutes and serve.

Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes or rice.
