11 slices white sandwich bread
1 t. mustard
1 3 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely diced salami
Sliced bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread, and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. Beat mustard and cream cheese together, then stir in cheddar cheese and salami. Spread on bread. Roll up, and cut each roll in half. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each roll and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
