1 1/2 pounds ground beef
Flour
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Return to skillet and sprinkle with a little bit of four and 1/4 cups of onions and mix.

Stir in 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup. Simmer very low for 5-6 minutes or until hot.

Just before serving, stir in 1/2 cup sour cream and simmer very low or until it bubbles a little.

Serve over hot noodles.

A green salad or green veggie goes well with this and some hard rolls.
