1 can cream-style corn (20 oz.)
1 can tomatoes (20 oz.)
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. fine egg noodles
¼ cup onions, chopped
¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup celery, chopped
1½ lb. of ground beef
1 can tomato soup
Grated cheese

Directions:

Put corn, tomatoes, salt and 2 tbsp. butter in a medium-large pot and heat.

Boil noodles, rinse and drain.

Melt remaining tablespoon of butter in a skillet and sauté onion, green pepper and mushrooms slowly until onion is clear. Add celery, meat and pepper. Cook well.

Add this mixture to the corn and tomato mixture, add tomato soup. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste for seasoning.

Add noodles and simmer altogether for 30 minutes.

Refrigerate and let stand (all night if possible).

One hour before serving, put in a buttered baking dish, dot generously with butter and grated cheese (any kind you have) and bake at 325°F for one hour.
