1 log of herbed polenta, you can buy this pre-made in the grocery store (way easier!)
2T olive oil
1 container of grape tomatoes
fresh slices of mozzarella cheese
fresh basil leaves
balsamic crema glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the polenta into ¼ inch slices and panfry in the olive oil both sides until golden brown for about 15-20 minutes. Remove to paper towel.

Slice the grape tomatoes also ¼ in slices.

On a parchment lined cookie sheet, place the cooked polenta and then a slice of mozza cheese on top of the polenta. Put a basil leaf on the mozza and top with 2 slices of the grape tomatoes.

Warm in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted. Place on serving board and drizzle with the balsamic crema glaze
