5-6 potatoes
2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 medium onion diced
8 oz sour cream
2 soup cans of milk or half and half
6 pieces of bacon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1.Dice onion and sauté until tender, remove from pan. Fry bacon until done then chop into small pieces.
2. Dice and boil potatoes in large pot until tender then drain. Add in all others ingredients and heat on medium until warm.

We like to top with cheddar cheese and diced green onions and serve with Rhodes roll. You can also buy bread bowls at Walmart or Panera.
