7 medium potatoes
1 medium onion diced
1 pound velveta cheese cubed
1 cup Helmens mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
4 strips crispy bacon
Cut black olives
Salt pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes cut like making potato salad
Set aside
In a separate bowl mix cheese onions Mayo mustard
13x9 baking dish
Spread a little if the cheese mixture in bottom of dish
Add potatoes
Spread the rest of the cheese mixture on top.
Crumble bacon on top and sliced black olives
Bake about 40 to 45 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned
