1 c almonds
1 c pecans
1 c cashews
1.5 t chili powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet. Place in oven to roast for 15 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking.

While nuts are roasting, prepare spice mix by combining chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Remove nuts from oven and allow to cool. Transfer to a bowl and coat nuts with oil, then sprinkle with spice mix.

Store in airtight container.
