2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 small onion, minced
2 ounces prosciutto, chopped
2 ounces vodka
1 cup canned Italian peeled tomatoes or chopped, fresh tomatoes
Salt/Pepper to taste
Chopped fresh basil to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup half and half
4 ounces pasta, (cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
In a fry pan, heat the olive oil and saute the onions and prosciutto. When onions become transparent, add the vodka. Simmer until alcohol evaporates, about 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add Parmesan and half and half. Simmer for 12 minutes more.

Serve over pasta.
