2 # ground round or chicken, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
2 14.5 oz. can tomatoes, diced
1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes with chili spices)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. ranch dressing seasoning mix
2 cans chicken broth
1 can hominy, drained
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can black beans, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and brown with ground meat.
Drain well.
Add seasoning packs and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer 1½ hours (or as long as desired).
Serve with shredded cheese, Fritos, and sour cream.

FYI: You may add garlic if you desire.
May be made in crock pot.
