ham bones
potato, cubed
onion, chopped
fresh green beans, steamed
bacon, fried and chopped

salt and pepper
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer ham bone in pot filled with water.
Add onion, potato, and green beans.
Simmer for a couple of hours.
Make a thickening of bacon and flour, season with salt and pepper.
Add thickening to soup mixture and continue to simmer.

Serve with dollup of sour cream.
