2 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheese whiz or velveeta
1/2 cup waters
2 cups cooked Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Celery and onion in butter/margarine until golden.

Combine soup, water and cheese.

Combine all ingredients, placed in a greased 2-quart casserole.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
