3 packages Frozen French Style Green Beans

Paste:
2 tbsp Flour
2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp finely grated Bermuda onion

1/2 pt. Sour Cream
1 package of swiss cheese, grated
1 package of corn flakes, finely rolled
6 tbsp. oleo
Directions:
Directions:
Cook 3 packages Frozen French Style Green Beans until tender. Drain Well.

In Double Boiler, put in the ingredients for the paste and remove from the heat. Add 1/2 pint of Sour Cream and 1 package of Swiss cheese, grated. Take 1 package of corn flakes, finely rolled, and mixed with 6 tbsp melted oleo in frying pan. Place corn flakes over top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
