2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
Directions:
Directions:
To potatoes, add egg, onion, salt and pepper
Mix well
Shape into 6 patties
Dip into flour
Brown slowly in butter {in skillet} for about five minutes
on each side

My mom made these when i was younger. I really liked them.
