Ingredients:  
6 potatoes {or number needed}
salt water
1/4 c butter Crisco
Salt, black pepper, paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and slice
Put into salt water and let stand for 10 minutes, drain
Pour into hot, greased skillet
Brown potatoes on high heat
Put into casserole dish and place in oven {could use cookie sheet}
Bake 20 minutes at 350º
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add paprika
