2 cups diced apples
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped walnuts
3/4 c raisins
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 c mayonaise
dash of salt
2 Tbs sugar
lettuce
Directions:
Directions:
Dice or chop apples, celery, and nuts
Add raisins
Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and stir into mixture
