* whole chicken legs(drumstick and thighs attached) salt/pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 1 chopped onion 1 can (28) oz. whole tomatoes with juice crushed in a bowl 1 cup white wine 1 cup chick broth 2 tbsp sherry wine vinegar 1/2 cup pitted green olives,1/2 cup dark raisins 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Set oven temp to 375, In a skillet heat, olive oil add chicken salt/pepper cook 4 -5 min per side. Set aside chicken. add onion to skillet cook4-5 min add wine tomatoes vinegar chick stock olives rosemary raisins. cook another 4-5 min. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish add chicken on top. Bake uncovered 45 min. Arrange chicken on a platter with sauce and parsley. Serve with roasted potatoes.
