1 qt. peaches and juice
or fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust for 1 pie. See pie dough recipe for crust. Mix dry ingredients together then add them to peeled sliced peaches in a saucepan, cook until thick, place in prepared pie crust, top with second layer, crimp edges. Bake @ 400º for 15 minutes then 350º for another 20 minutes.
