1 8oz block cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg chpped spinach
1 can artichokes
8 cloves garlic minced (or to taste)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all excess moisture out of spinach and artichokes, chop fine, mix all ingredients together with mixer and put into a baking dish, spreading about 1" thick. Cook in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve with taco chips, unsalted kind. The colored deli ones look and taste great.
