16 to 20 medium whole fresh mushrooms
1 T evoo
1 T minced garlic
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t ground cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
Carefully break off stems and chop extremely fine..Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems. Fry until any moisture has disappeared, taking care not to burn garlic. Set aside to cool.
Use a mixer to blend softened cream cheese, cooled mushrooms, parmesan cheese, and spices. Mixture will be very thick. Using a small spoon fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Top with some extra parmesan.
Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to brown.
