2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
¼ C milk
½ C flavorful beer
8 oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese
½ Tbsp worcestershire sauce
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and whisk in the flour. Cook for a few minutes making sure the butter doesn't burn.

Gradually whisk in the milk and beer. Whisk constantly to prevent clumping.

Once the milk and beer have been incorporated into the rue and you have a smooth liquid, stir in the cheddar cheese until it melts.

Finally stir in the worcestershire sauce, the cayenne and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve while warm.
