2 cups oats
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
½ cup chocolate chips chopped or mini chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool. After the mixture is cool, roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Great for breakfast on the go or an afternoon snack.

You can add butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, be creative!
