1 15 oz. can chickpeas rinsed and drained
3 Tbsp. tahini
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove mashed
4 Tbsp. room temperature water
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, blend together tahini and lemon juice. Once blended add room temperature water.

Pulse.

Add chickpeas, salt and garlic.

Blend til combined continually scrape the sides of the blender. Add more water as needed.

Top with paprika.

Enjoy with pita.
