1 lb. cooked pork breakfast sausage
1-8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1-1/2 c. shredded cheese
8 large eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread rolls on bottom of greased 9x13" pan-sealing seams. Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top of the dough. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper and pour over top-sprinkle with more cheese. Bake 350º for 35-40 mins. Variation: add chopped red or green bell pepper or chopped green chili.
